With access from the private and exclusive Nassim Hill residential enclave and visible from Napier Road, the building is conceived as a floating volume with a continuous landscape plane that runs through. These volumes are articulated with specially profiled architectural screens that allow filtered sunlight into the interiors.

The elegantly detailed facades are richly layered with screens that provide sun-shading and privacy to the full height windows and balconies that stretch across the volumes. Service areas of the units are provided with ventilation and lighting through courtyards that are placed in the deeper recesses of the volumes. 

The development is an example of a bespoke and boutique residential space that embraces tropical architecture and redefines the approach to a home, setting a new standard for contemporary cosmopolitan living within the tropics.
